Alex Boone and the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a new deal, according to Jason Cole of Bleacher Report.
#49ers OL Alex Boone will receive $6M for 2 yrs. Up from the $3.6M he was scheduled to make. No fines for holdout, can't be tagged in 2016.

According to Cole, the offensive guard will report to the 49ers team facility on Monday. Boone had held out of all of San Francisco’s offseason activities, training camp and the preseason.
While Boone is back in the fold, the future is extremely murky for Ray McDonald.
The defensive lineman was arrested for domestic violence on Sunday morning, as Damian Trujillo of NBC Bay Area reports. As Trujillo notes, the alleged victim is pregnant. Trent Baalke, the 49ers general manager, released a statement on the matter, via Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area.
“The 49ers organization is aware of the recent reports involving Ray McDonald and we take such matter seriously. As we continue to gather the facts, we will reserve further comment.”
The NFL recently rolled out a new domestic violence policy in which the first such offense results in a six-game ban. However, as ProFootballTalk points out, it’s unclear if such a suspension can be given before a court case has been decided.
