Kendall Hunter’s season is likely over.
The running back tore his ACL during practice on Day 3 of training camp, as Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports. Hunter sustained the injury to his right knee after catching a swing pass during a seven-on-seven drill. Hunter did manage to walk off the field under his own power. Now, that the 25-year-old is likely sidelined for the season, Ed Werder of ESPN explains who could step in.
