Michael Crabtree and Brandon Lloyd won’t be out on the San Francisco 49ers practice fields anytime soon.
“He’s working through something,” said head coach Jim Harbaugh of Crabtree, who is sidelined with an undisclosed injury.
“Probably a week, maybe two weeks. Same for Brandon Lloyd.”
Harbaugh confirmed that Crabtree’s absence wasn’t related to his achilles injury that he sustained last year during OTAs.
“Not foot. Not the achilles.”
Tight end Vernon Davis was also limited during Thursday’s practice, as he didn’t take part in a majority of the team drills. Harbaugh didn’t offer much about that undisclosed injury either.
“I saw something there, I wanted to make sure we were on the safe side. He wasn’t loosening up the quite the way I would have liked to have seen.
